YLYL cares about the environment. To reduce carbon footprint, we are processing shipments once a week. Orders placed on or before 11:59pm on Monday (KST) will be shipped on the following Tuesday. E-mails with the order status will be sent when the items are shipped. Normally it takes around 7 to 10 business days for the order to arrive, but it may vary depending on the shipping conditions at the destination country.

Your local jewelry stores can measure your finger for you so you could determine which size you need. Alternatively, if you already have a ring you are wearing, you can measure the inner diameter and leave us a shipping note during the order. We will find the best fit for you according to your measurements.

Every item we ship will be individually placed in environmentally friendly packaging. The packaging will be suitable for gifting if you decide to do so. Separate gift bags are not available.

Rings made with Formica materials are resistant to moisture and you can wash your hands while wearing them. Rings made with metal or with metal-plated surfaces may suffer oxidation depending on the environment they are worn in. Please avoid exposing to moisture when possible. You can prolong the life of the product if you quickly remove moisture from the product if exposed.
