Orders placed on or before 11:59pm on Monday (KST) will be shipped on the following Tuesday. E-mails with the order status will be sent when the items are shipped. Normally it takes around 7 to 10 business days for the order to arrive, but it may vary depending on the shipping conditions at the destination country.

Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped.
